Special commissions are requests established in a specific format and conditions, such as background type, the transformation or outfit requested, the type of edit, etc.

No refunds for nearly finished works.
I may decline any request with no explanation.

Female characters
Winxsonas, witches, humans etc.
Fanart
Mid-chubby characters.
Particular features (e.g: Catgirls, water hair)
I will NOT draw:
Male characters
Other body shapes (e.g: very plus-sized, children, old people)
Explicit romance, nudity, highly suggestive gestures.
Furry, animals or half-animal.
Architectonical backgrounds.
‘Other’ Winx styles.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do you accept holds?
You can’t save a request without any references or details of your request.
If you have an incomplete reference (let’s say, a design still in progress) your request may be postponed in queue as long as you give a preview of it.
How can I send references?
References should be sent through Google Drive folder, DeviantArt / Stash, VK gallery, etc. All pictures must have a decent quality.
For Artworks, the character's design must have at least one picture in high quality.
Do ‘Special Commissions’ have to be requested though your Ko-Fi?
Not necessarily. Special Commissions are meant to be format-specific but not exclusive to Ko-Fi.
The Ko-Fi commissions can be used to request and pay an individual item.
Can I ask for my commission to be private?
Yes, you can! Please let me know at the time of the request. It has no additional cost and I won’t share any WIPs of it in social media.
This also applies if you want to keep the commission secret, private until a certain date, etc.
I have a design but I want things changed or it is incomplete
If an incomplete design is provided, please ensure it is detailed enough to avoid any misunderstandings about the final artwork. Changing small details of an established design will have no extra cost.
Hor highly incomplete designs, an additional charge may apply.
In the case of wings missing, a Wing design commission should be ordered to proceed.
What if I ask a PNG artwork with 2+ characters?
The PNG will include the characters together, not separate files. To have them separately please use individual slots.
